At Ride-Away Hartford, we believe that the service you receive after you purchase a wheelchair van is just as important as the service you received during your purchasing process. Our main goal is to keep you and the other passengers in the vehicle as safe as possible, which is why our wheelchair van service offerings are unlike any others in the vehicle modification industry.
24-Hour Emergency Roadside Assistance
Our on-call Service Technicians are available at every Ride-Away Hartford location to make emergency repairs on your vehicle 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, to ensure that you are never stranded. Trained Service Technicians
All Ride-Away Hartford Service Technicians are certified in the mobility equipment that is sold, installed, and serviced. Additionally, all of Ride-Away Hartford's locations are QAP certified through the National Mobility Equipment Dealers Association (NMEDA), resulting in Ride-Away Hartford being held to the highest standards in the adaptive vehicle industry.
Longest Warranties in the Vehicle Modification Industry
Ride-Away Hartford is the only dealer to offer a 5 year/60,000 mile warranty on most new lowered floor wheelchair van conversions. We also offer a 3-year/36,000-mile warranty on all other Braun personal mobility products. Ride-Away Hartford's Operational Maintenance Program
Ride-Away Hartford has implemented a multi-faceted operational maintenance schedule to assist you in maintaining optimum driving performance while also assessing critical component deterioration before it occurs. Our Service Technicians will provide you with a detailed maintenance form containing a written description of all work performed on your wheelchair accessible vehicle and a list of any items that may require future attention. Also, we will inform you of any upcoming maintenance and service you may need done to your wheelchair accessible vehicle in order to make sure your adaptive vehicle is in top condition.
VetsMobileOps Program
Ride-Away Hartford is very appreciative of all the sacrifices our men and women of our armed forces have made throughout history, which is why we have established the VetsMobileOps Program. This program provides free operational maintenance on adaptive equipment for any disabled veteran. Customers are immediately eligible if they have received automotive adaptive equipment funded by the Veteran's Administration. Any disabled veteran can bring in his/her wheelchair accessible vehicle every six months for a free accessibility and maintenance check.
