The East Hartford, CT Ride-Away location was established in 1997. It served as the first satellite location, and began Ride-Away's expansion throughout New England as well as the East Coast.

Prior to becoming a part of the Ride-Away family, Jason was a Service Manager at a repair shop in Hartford, CT. He has been in the vehicle service industry for over 20 years, and is an A.S.E. Master Technician. Jason wanted to make a change in his life; one that allowed him to do what he loved to do and to be able to help changes people’s lives at the same time, and so he knew that Ride-Away was the perfect fit for him. When asked what he is most looking forward to accomplishing at Ride-Away, Jason said, “Allowing people to gain their freedom back as well as helping to build a team of professionals whose main goal is to deliver freedom to their customers.”
